I started Kinematic Labs after spending three years embedded with operations teams as a forward-deployed engineer at Palantir. The pattern I kept seeing: smart leaders running blind in the middle of their workflow, with most of the leverage hidden in places nobody had time to look.The work I do now is the work I wished was available to me ten years ago, when I was running operations at The Washington Post and trying to figure out which of our pipeline problems were worth solving and which were just noise.If something feels off in your operation but you can't quite name it yet, that's exactly the conversation I want to have.
